Venture was founded in collaboration with a sister company specialising in the maintenance and repair of commercial catering equipment. With nearly 100 years of combined expertise in design, project management, financial budgeting, and equipment installation, our team is dedicated to creating innovative, high-performance commercial kitchens. We focus exclusively on designing and supplying state-of-the-art kitchens tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

Our diverse clientele spans the restaurant and hospitality industries, as well as public sectors including hospitals, care homes, airports, children’s day nurseries, schools, and banqueting and bulk food production facilities.

Sales Director
With 45 years in the catering industry, Simon has contributed his expertise to initiatives like Building Schools for the Future (2005), where he helped design catering facility guidelines for schools. His deep knowledge, especially in the school sector, adds significant value to our services. Simon has collaborated with notable contractors, including Wynne Construction, Kingsley Healthcare, and G F Tomlinson Group Ltd.
Mike Davidson
Project Manager
With 35 years of experience in the catering industry, Mike has managed projects ranging from £20,000 to £2.5 million across various sectors, including nuclear power stations, nurseries, schools, hospitals, prisons, and hotels. His meticulous approach ensures every project is completed with care and attention to detail. Mike takes pride in offering personalised support and guidance throughout the building installation process.
Tom Ryan
Sales & Design Consultant
With 12 years of experience in the catering industry, Tom plays a key role in our team, using AutoCAD to transform concepts into detailed plans. In addition to his design and procurement expertise, his meticulous attention to detail and well-rounded skills in sales allow us to deliver practical and efficient solutions for every catering project.

Alyssa Evans-Timlin
Design & Marketing Coordinator
​Alyssa manages Venture Design & Sales' social media and website, while also contributing to both the Sales and Design teams. As a Junior Marketer, she handles administrative tasks to support the development and execution of marketing strategies, coordinating and producing materials that represent the business. In addition, Alyssa is proficient in AutoCAD and actively creates designs to meet clients' catering needs.
