Venture was established in partnership with a sister company that specialises in maintenance and repairs of commercial catering equipment.
Our team has a collective experience of nearly 100 years. This consists of design, project management, financial budgeting and equipment installation. We have formed Venture to exclusively focus on designing and supplying cutting-edge, functional commercial catering kitchens tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.
Our clientele includes the restaurant and hospitality sector, as well as public sectors such as hospitals, care homes, airports, children's day nurseries, schools and banqueting & bulk food production facilities.

Junior Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Alyssa Evans-Timlin
Alyssa is responsible for Venture Design & Sales Social Media and website management, as well as working apart of the Sales & Design teams. As a Junior Marketer, Alyssa performs administrative tasks to help develop and execute marketing strategies, coordinating and producing all materials representing the business. As well as this, Alyssa also works apart of the design team, she is also proficient in utilizing design software such as AutoCAD, and often embarks on producing designs to send to our clients, ensuring their catering needs are met.
Sales Consultant

Mark has been working in the catering equipment industry for 41 years since starting as a designer on the old drawing boards at Molletts in Bradford at the tender age of 18. With a keen eye for detail and a willingness to listen to client's requirements Mark quickly developed into his first sales role with Molletts. His interest in food (eating and production), helped develop his skills as a design salesman as well as becoming extremely knowledgeable about what equipment suited what applications. With an honest approach to all his customers he has been successful throughout his career across all genres of catering.
